Before Amazon was the wild ecosystem it is today, I was running a brick-and-mortar retail store, learning firsthand how to move product, serve customers, and stay profitable. Then I discovered Amazon and everything changed.
Over the last 10 years, I’ve sold through both FBM and FBA, built a successful private label brand, and navigated just about every twist the platform can throw at a seller. From stranded listings to high-stakes ad campaigns, I’ve lived it, tested it, and figured out what actually works.
I’m not just repeating what the “gurus” say. I stay deep in the trenches. Whether it’s tuning into the latest podcasts, hanging out in Facebook groups, or connecting at MDS (Millon Dollar Seller) conferences and meetups. I never stop learning… because the rules on Amazon never stop changing.
